The New Budda Budwah Wah
While anyone can learn to play a guitar, few people can make it “talk” the way musicians such as Eric Johnson, Steve Vai or Dave Navarro can. However, a significant number of musicians have found that using the Budda BudWah Wah guitar pedal (favored by these renowned artists) can give their guitars a special “voice” of their own, whether playing classic rock, blues or funk.

The Budwah offers an excellent “vocal-like” tone with its specially made coil inductor (inspired by the vintage Fazel inductors found in the 1960’s Cry Baby pedals ) that produces a set of clear old style middle range wahs which have been described as both funky and sexy. Yet it eliminates the top end piercing cries even on the high settings. The quality also makes them gentler on the ear. Tones are focused and tight. In fact when set at bass, the Buddah Budwah wah achieves a nice thick and honky sound without sacrificing any of the notes’ clarity. Other features include a reliable “meaty” switch, and full-ground plane board for quiet operation. In fact, when not in use, the Budda wah’s hardwire signal bypass ensures that the tone quality of the guitar will remain “100%” pure.
