The New Boss PS-6 Harmonist Pedal
The new Boss PS-6 Harmonist Pedal is one of the latest crafty pedals from the experts in effects pedals for over 30 years. This effect pedal offers four different effects in one complete package, including Harmony, Pitch Shifter, Detune and Super Bend. Each of these effects becomes more prolific when the PS-6 offers either a two or a three piece voicing for Harmony, Pitch Shift and Detune.
The Detune mode specifically puts on an impressive performance as it allows for voices of slightly higher and lower pitch to be added to the direct signal. The Pitch Shift completes its magic with the ability to shift one octave higher, or one-fifth below the input pitch. This allows for a thicker, fuller sound when shredding.

The Super Bend setting allows bends to travel across seven different octaves, from -3 to +4 from the direct notes original pitch. This allows for rumbling lows to maddeningly high notes. For even more control, one can plug in an external expression pedal, and forget the knob completely!
